Our standardized manufacturing methods ensure a consistent, high quality product. All our heated and insulated hoses are made tough and durable to withstand severe temperatures down to -45° C. If you’re looking for a longer hose, our 25’ and 50’ hoses can be plugged into one another to create your desired length. For full customization, we can process an existing hose you already own by adding heat trace, insulation, and wrap.

- Closed cell foam insulation: ½ ", water resistant
- Foil-backed, ¼" double bubble insulation
- Foil tape wrap: tough protective cover (different types of tape are available)
